Really bad experience - Doctor didn’t show up till 3:00 pm for 1:40 pm appointment today. I had to leave because my little one started crying. If she cannot make to the appointments then why book them, she called 20 minutes after the appointment time to inform that she is another half an hour late, and she was not replying even after 1 hour and 20 mins. Dr. Davey, is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and truly caring and compassionate with her patients. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable and supported. I’m so grateful to have her as my son's doctor and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent care!
Dr. Davey is amazing, caring and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with her. On the other hand, her secretary lacks basic communication/customer service skills, rude, and no common sense. She would definitely benefit from a taking a customer service and interpersonal communication course.

For some parents who have bad experience, i feel sorry, and i do understand the concerns you have, but i have totally different experience with Dr Davey. She treated my son then (3) now (5) with much efforts and focus, since we got her help, my son is now in a much better situation. He has multiple problems. Thanks to Dr Davey we are in a good direction. She is still looking after him and i am thankful she is there for us.
