It should be a -10 star never on time rude all the time most of the time lost on what she’s talking about and secretary changed now and that was the only good part about the place and now the lady is like I think a 7 year old kid could do a better job but also showed up for my time today and they had the lunch sign on the door that said 12 to 1 lunch but take in my time was at 140 and then not even the Dr unlocks it it’s her secretary and doctor doesn’t show up till 230 and I still don’t get talk to till at 245
Really bad experience - Doctor didn’t show up till 3:00 pm for 1:40 pm appointment today. I had to leave because my little one started crying. If she cannot make to the appointments then why book them, she called 20 minutes after the appointment time to inform that she is another half an hour late, and she was not replying even after 1 hour and 20 mins. Dr. Davey, is absolutely amazing! She is very knowledgeable and truly caring and compassionate with her patients. She takes the time to listen, explain everything clearly, and make you feel comfortable and supported. I’m so grateful to have her as my son's doctor and highly recommend her to anyone looking for excellent care!
Dr. Davey is amazing, caring and very knowledgeable. We are very happy with her. On the other hand, her secretary lacks basic communication/customer service skills, rude, and no common sense. She would definitely benefit from a taking a customer service and interpersonal communication course.
