This has got to be the worst customer service in Cadillac!! Dave is clueless and his mother is just as the reviews state, RUDE, I will never buy anything from these people again and I am sorry I didnt listen to these reviews when I read them a year ago.There is no service after the sale, don t see how they stay in business, mine will be done in Traverse City or Kalkaska.I hope others read this and take warning, These people don t care about customers!!!

Daves is a great place to do business. Great pricing and helpful service.
We needed some semi emergency repair work done. We called them on a saturday morning and then dropped the unit off. They looked the damage over and quickly came up with some basic cost estimates. We are from out of state. So we left it there and they were very helpful coordinating the repair work. They also accomodated us by allowing us to purchase some used parts as replacements to save money versus buying new. Dave was very helpful. Understood our situation and was happy to work with us. I wont call there again, the lady was absolutely rude and not one bit friendly. You think with very few dealers like Daves Yamaha & Suzuki they would want to keep total customer satisfaction not drive the customer away.
I just got off the phone with Daves and am very happy with the service I received.I was looking for a gasket for a 1981 Yamaha and they actually had the one I needed in stock.Its nice to find a dealer that has been in business as long as they have because they sometimes have parts for old bikes in their inventory still.You do have to be able to tell them the exact model number of bike so they can look up the right part.They have been Yamaha dealers since the 60s so they have the parts lists and service manuals for any Yamaha... read more
just got of the phone with daves and the women that answer was very rude not helpful at all it was like they they where put out for answering some question thats one place i wont go for parts or anything else

Havent purchased my bike yet, but Im doing a LOT of research. Ive talked to many bike dealers in northern Michigan, Daves usually has some of the best prices, and can answer my questions without a lot of sales talk or pressure. Stock on the floor is a bit limited, but considering their size, they carry a lot for a smaller store. I wish they would expand the place and also carry Hondas, since Cadillac doesnt have a dealership for Honda, they would sell a ton of them.
