Came in a few days ago, made an appointment for Saturday morning. Showed up on time and David the owner displayed poor customer service. As a small business owner myself, I understand how busy your day can be but needless to say he was an asshole. He couldn’t give me a time expectation, he said he’d take a look at the car in a little bit (with a poor attitude). I asked him how long a “little bit” is.
