The work turned our great. But the pricing was a nightmare and the correspondence has been terrible too. The original quote included re-piping the hot water heater, installing the washer faucet box, install the new copper piping in the wall to the washer box, re-run drain piping for a condensate line into the same drain as the washer & install a new frost proof hose bib. I decided to repair the toilet myself. I have done this before and never was an issue but owning a 30+ year home you never know whats in store for you. This simple job turned into flooding the bathroom and turning off the water to the whole house at 6pm, needless to say i was over my head.
