We went in looking for wedding bands on a Saturday afternoon. A half hour before closing and your jewelry cases were empty because everything was already put away. Apparently the employees were more concerned about leaving for the day then they were in making a sale. Not the best presentation for a "Best of the Beach" Winner.

I apologize on behalf of the employees for your experience with us. Please understand that we are not concerned with leaving early, but simply put all of our jewelry away 30 minutes prior to closing for security reasons. Please come in and give us an opportunity to change your perspective on our customer service.
Gilbert overhauled my Breitling Colt, he did an excellent job and was much more reasonable than the specialist stores.
Best of the Beach for sure!! Been doing business with Nathans for many years and the service is impeccable, wouldn't ever go anywhere else.
