The customer is NEVER right here!!!! I have been a long time customer at Dave's but when their little hand held debit/credit mechine malfunctioned and charged my account twice I was livid with the end result. After 10 days of waiting for a refund, that I was told I would receive and dealing with Shawn the owner he told me they only hit my account once and that it was the banks error...I provided all my personal info to this business and not to mention years of service only to get screwed over. BEST PLACE INT TOWN.... I have been a long time customer of Dave's Palisades service, and have nothing but GREAT things to say about their customer service. Dave and his crew have been there through many cars, and it feels like "family" for a reason...that is how they treat you. I will go out of my way to get gas there, as my loyalty is that strong.

Love it I love this place. One time I rolled in late after closing and someone was still there and still gave me gas. It's such a sweet gas station! Everyone there is so nice.
Dishonest Quotes, bad service I had my car repaired in Dave's Palisades on Sept 11, 2013. It was engine light on indicating Catalytic Converter needed to be replaced. This has happened before, so I told Dave (the son) to check the exhaust system carefully, to see if it was the CAT or something else. At first, Dave quoted me $400 for replacing the CAT, about $250 replacing the 2 tires. I thought the quotes were reasonable, so I also asked him to go ahead to replace the air filters but did not ask for the quote for that part. ... read more

horrible experience This used to be my number one gas station. The prices were awesome, people incredibly friendly and on it was on my way to work. However the other day I had horrible experience that will make me never want to go back. It was raining pretty hard and I noticed my wipers weren't doing so hot. I also noticed they had blades for sell. I asked how much they were, and they told me they could do it real quick right then and there. Great! A Blessing I limped my vehicle into Dave's service station, I had wonderful people greet me, I needed real help. Matt at Dave's saved me. Matt saved my car and he saved me money. A true blessing meeting these wonderful people. Thank You, Thank You very much to the folks at this wonderful place.
