The customer is NEVER right here!!!! I have been a long time customer at Dave's but when their little hand held debit/credit mechine malfunctioned and charged my account twice I was livid with the end result. After 10 days of waiting for a refund, that I was told I would receive and dealing with Shawn the owner he told me they only hit my account once and that it was the banks error...I provided all my personal info to this business and not to mention years of service only to get screwed over. Old-fashioned service Most gas stations these days are all about moving cars through as fast as possible. Dave's Palisades is still about service. When you pull in, they head over to fill your tank, wash your windows, and check your fluids. They offer honest opinions of potential problems. They are a great neighborhood gas station.
Excellent Service!!!! This place is great, you pull up the are polite. They ask you if you would like your windows cleaned. This is just a great place to get gas. Today they even told us they were glad we stopped by. It is very hard to find this kind of service anywhere today.
I Love Dave's Palisades I have been all over the PDX area and I have found Dave's Palisades to be the best for one stop shop for my automotive needs. Unbeatable pump island service and Xlnt repair. Thank You guys @ Dave's Palisades. Joe
NUMBER ONE FAN1!!!!!!! Daves palisades is so down to earth they are always so polite even when we the customers are having a bad day i was late for work one morning and i drove up spilled my latte on my lap i was so mad and when the first employee came up i was just livid and mean to him even though it wasnt his fault he was still polite offered to clean my windows check my fluids and believe it or not my tires who checks tires any more? but i really appreciate what Dave has done to the place and i hope his buisness flourish... read more
Love it I love this place. One time I rolled in late after closing and someone was still there and still gave me gas. It's such a sweet gas station! Everyone there is so nice.

Dishonest Quotes, bad service I had my car repaired in Dave's Palisades on Sept 11, 2013. It was engine light on indicating Catalytic Converter needed to be replaced. This has happened before, so I told Dave (the son) to check the exhaust system carefully, to see if it was the CAT or something else. At first, Dave quoted me $400 for replacing the CAT, about $250 replacing the 2 tires. I thought the quotes were reasonable, so I also asked him to go ahead to replace the air filters but did not ask for the quote for that part. ... read more
horrible experience This used to be my number one gas station. The prices were awesome, people incredibly friendly and on it was on my way to work. However the other day I had horrible experience that will make me never want to go back. It was raining pretty hard and I noticed my wipers weren't doing so hot. I also noticed they had blades for sell. I asked how much they were, and they told me they could do it real quick right then and there. Great!
