I've bought parts through Dave's on a number of occasions for a number of mine and my son's Jeep projects over the years. Dave's always has the best prices on parts and has the best customer service that I've come across. Dave's has always been great with letting me know where my order is and when I can expect it even on custom orders. Excellent customer service. Very quick response and great communication
I made my first coilover purchase through Dave and all I can say is super great customer service! I purchased x4) 16" reservoir 2.5" FOA coilovers and upon initial arrival of the boxes I was missing 2 of the 4 shocks. I contacted Dave and he took care of everything with FOA and I received the other 2 shocks in a few days. Never had a doubt in my purchase through the shortage claim and Dave was super great at answering all the questions I had. Will definitely buy products through him again!
Although I have never called in. I have ordered online a couple times. Daves has the best prices around and really fast shipping. My shocks took some time to get, but they are custom order and they have to be built so that takes longer. Very happy with the service and great email response time. Thank you!
He beat out everybody else's prices, and was very kind courteous and professional over the phone, definitely a good local business to get your stuff
