Dave helped me out when my old faithful Singer sewing machine (albeit, a VERY old one) jammed and I was unable to continue working on my project. He has a shop setup to handle pretty much anything, and also gave me some pointers to prevent the same thing from happening again.
Very knowledgeable, honest and personable. Would definitely inquire with Dave before checking out any other sewing machine repair companies. If Dave does not think he can fix it, he will let you know up front.
