Good timely service! – The service person arrived on time and fixed our heater quickly. They did not try to up-sell changing the complete furnace as we had experienced before. They were friendly, to the point and reasonably priced. I would recommend them and will use them in the future if further service is required.
Poor customer service – Made 2 appointments in fall of 2005 for furnace check I took time off from work they didn't show or call and no apologies. DON"T WASTE YOUR TIME ON THIS COMPANY!
