DO NOT USE THIS ESTABLISHMENT FOR SERVICES. Please see attached video evidence of the owner, Shawn Gavigan, and his partner using my family’s business vehicle for personal errands at 11pm at the Walmart in Aurora. During this time, he communicated to us the van was not ready for pick-up - do with that as you will.
This is probably the MOST untrustworthy establishment I've experienced. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR TO HIS HOUSE OR THIS SHOP! If Shawn and his girlfriend say your car "isn't ready for pick up" or that it's "taking longer than expected", just know you'll see them in YOUR car driving by you at 11pm at night in the Walmart plaza in Aurora!!! My family's vehicle that they told me isn't ready or safe to drive, being used to buy their personal groceries & home items. Hope these pics bring you the same joy they bring me. If I could give no stars I would have smashed that button immediately. You Shawn Gavigan are such an interesting human being. It is truly shocking how you have the energy to pester other people and businesses when you conduct yourself in such an unbecoming way it is truly shocking. DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS’S SERVICES. Terrible experience!! Unlicensed backyard hack brought my car in for a simple fix that he was unable to do
