Dave's is the best! I purchased a storage unit from Dave beginning of last summer. The experience was flawless. Dave and his people made this the easiest property transaction ever. Dave also arranged very good financing without the hassle of going thru the normal bank qualification process! On top of that Dave referred a renter for me at zero cost to him!
