This was my first time to contact BH Daves for a repair, but wanted to stay local, if possible. I am very impressed with this company's customer service and appliance knowledge. Our cooktop range needed repair and Josh did a really great job, from finding out the problem, ordering parts, and returning to complete the job. Very professional and friendly experience! Fast turnout on parts ordered, too. Highly recommend.

I have to give a shout-out to Chance from B H Daves. My microwave quit working. He checked all the fuses that were easy to get to. Then said there was one more but he would have to come back with a helper in order to get to it. Second trip resulted in a repaired microwave for about a hundred bucks. A new microwave would have been $350+. It would have been so easy for him to tell me that I needed a new appliance. Growing up in rural Missouri I apreciated the small town good Ole boy way they do business. Great prices and easy payment plan delivered with a pleasant and friendly attitude. Will definitely do more business here.

EXCELLENT customer service and reasonably priced. I'll definitely be using you guys again for any appliance needs! Thank you for being so quick & efficient in responding to my freezer problem. :)
