RecommendedQuality professional repair service by a family run business we were referred to. We will defiantly call them again when needed. We have not visited their appliance store yet but next time we have need for replacement of an appliance we will defiantly check them out based on our experience using them for a repair.

Not very friendly was told by an employee they would install new wall oven, but when I called back to set an appointment for service Tony told me they don't install unless they sell the product, but yet they advertise as a repair and services. The service man Chance was real nice and the most honest I've talked with. I tried to keep my business in Terrell but most of the time I end up going else where. Michael Thompson
Our washing machine went out over the weekend and we decided it was time to get a new one....I went to 5 different home improvement or electronics stores in Terrell, Forney, and Rockwall, but even the places that advertised "same day delivery" couldn't deliver one before the following Friday! Went into Dave's this morning, found a bigger selection of brands, and got sales help immediately (unlike the other stores, where I had to track down someone!) Sad for 2 weeks tried to get someone to work on washer it was leaking. Then they decided I needed a new rubber ring before they even came out ordered part another week of waiting guy finally came just replace rubber ring didn’t seem to check washer. First wash still leaking 👎called and called and called tech will call you... he just showed up one day after I had called again😕. He worked on it some ... next wash still leaking and now they just say he will call when he is in your area 😕 So after like 2 months and $300 still... read more
