Anytime I call Dave's Auto Service, they get me in right away. Once I'm there, they always explain what they're going to do to my car before they do it. I appreciate that they explain in a way I'll understand, without too many complicated technical terms. I also like that they always call me to get approval before doing any extra work. I've been happy for the 3 years I've been going to Dave's.
I trust Dave. It's hard to find a mechanic you trust. We've been going to Dave's Auto Service for years, and we never feel like we're being cheated or anything like that. It seems like Dave is looking out for us and what we need at the time. Sometimes, we need work done but can't spend a whole lot of money. We end up coming back to Dave's and actually wanting to spend the money when we're able.
They are very customer-friendly at Dave's Auto Service. They are very on top of their game. They know what's going on and will tell you the way it is, not try to sell you something you don't actually need. I've been going to them for about a year and a half. I haven't dealt with Dave directly, but he seems like a nice guy.
I took my car somewhere else, and found them to be too expensive and removed from their customers. I wanted to support someone local, so I took it to Dave. I got an appointment in short order, and the service itself didn't take more than an hour.
We had Dave's Auto Service repair our car. They did a fine job. They even gave us a warranty that worked for us. The overall experience, especially the customer service, was good.
The guys at Dave's Auto Service are my regular mechanics. Whenever I need an oil change or an alignment or tires, they are my go-to place. Dave is always really friendly. When I call in, he always calls me right back to make sure I have everything I need.
When I drop off my Jeep at Dave's in the morning and pick it up in the evening, I am confident that everything is fixed and ready to go. I really rely on his service. He's got my faith.
If I need something fixed on either of my Jeeps, Dave puts me on a maintenance plan so that I can plan for the work that needs to be done. He also tells me if something needs to be done immediately.
I have been using Dave's Auto Service for over 5 years now and trust Dave so much. He explains problems to me and works with me on my particular situation with my 2 Jeeps. For example, I travel frequently and have put a lot of miles on my Jeep, so I needed higher quality tires. Dave was great about working with me on that.
