I only gave them one star because it was the lowest I could go. They are RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL, FOUL MOUTHED! I would not wish them on my worst enemy. They were slow to come out to the job, were rude when they were here. I called to see when they were going to come back to finish the job with the new part and I also was hung up on. I really dont know how these guys stay in business? DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THESE GUYS! There are to many good companies out there to deal with these clowns. STAY CLEAR!
I have used Dave's Appliance services for many years. My first experience was with my dryer. It requred an expensive part that I didn't think was worth repair. The dryer was older. I purchased a used one, same make, from them at a low cost with a warantee. I have used that dryer for the past 4+ yrs with no problems. I just gave it back to them as I purchased a new one.
