I can’t speak highly enough of both Travis and Dave Johnson with Dave’s Alaska Homes. Dave put the For Sale sign in my front yard and 4 different families visited the home. Two of them placed Bids on the home and they were both higher than the listing price. The home sold to a very Happy Family! Dave’s expertise came into play when a slight stall occurred and the closing took place!
