I had an exceptionally good experience with Dave. My decision to have him do the job was based on a couple of things. One he’s local, he has a fantastic demeanor and is very pleasant, but mostly he came out to look at the site. I realized he was the actual person that was going to install it, too! We cannot say enough great things about dealing with Dave. He was so helpful and nice when he saw how bad our situation was. We had a tree fall and take out the power pole and pull the meter box and riser off of our house. Even though we were without power for days on end he shuffled his schedule around to get us home as quickly as possible. We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible service we received from this company. Our HVAC system broke down due to a voltage issue caused by our power company, and we were left without air conditioning in the middle of summer. We called them on the 4th of July a holiday and Dave answered right away. Despite it being a weekend, they scheduled us for the very next day and showed up exactly when they said they would. Dave came to fix our AC unit promptly and efficiently. He was very knowledgeable and found a problem that other companies missed. His prices were reasonable and the service was great. We are very appreciative for his quick work on our unit.
