I had an exceptionally good experience with Dave. My decision to have him do the job was based on a couple of things. One he’s local, he has a fantastic demeanor and is very pleasant, but mostly he came out to look at the site. I realized he was the actual person that was going to install it, too! We cannot say enough great things about dealing with Dave. He was so helpful and nice when he saw how bad our situation was. We had a tree fall and take out the power pole and pull the meter box and riser off of our house. Even though we were without power for days on end he shuffled his schedule around to get us home as quickly as possible. Update ** today I met a new technician Walter G. He serviced my entire hvac system he was polite and knowledgeable 🤩 ty for so much for reassuring my family can servive another season with this old unit and not pushing me into something that is not needed. Love the integrity y’all have We purchased a new to us home that was due for some remodeling. We couldn’t be more grateful for the incredible service we received from this company. Our HVAC system broke down due to a voltage issue caused by our power company, and we were left without air conditioning in the middle of summer. We called them on the 4th of July a holiday and Dave answered right away. Despite it being a weekend, they scheduled us for the very next day and showed up exactly when they said they would.
