They will damage your vehicle and not claim responsibility! Beware Horrible customer service
This company provided extremely poor service and caused significant damage to my vehicle during the tow. When I raised the issue, they refused to accept responsibility or offer any resolution. This is completely unacceptable for a company entrusted with handling customers’ property. I am formally documenting this incident and will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau (BBB). Courteous and professional from call to pickup. Had half the wait time of other companies early hour on Friday morning. Driver was meticulous on making sure my vehicle didn't suffer more damage from locked up wheel on the tow.
