DONOT use this company! The driver locked my keys and coat in my car and was not able to unlock my car. He was originally there to give me a jump, but ended up causing me 200 dollars to get my car unlock. I also left my car for a brief moment, I told the driver I will be right back. When I returned, the driver was gone,My car was still locked and he left my trunk open. These guys are great! I am a towing company out of Chicago and had a customer send me to Memphis to get a truck and also had tow pro picking it up, double booked us and had me in a tight spot, tow pro worked with me to make sure I didn’t have a 1000 mile empty run !! Super stand up guys, from the office to the driver, as another towing company I would recommend these guys to anyone needed service!! 100% A+ company!!
Mpd had them toe my car after a hit and run, they kept my car for days under the guise of (we have to send the information to Nashville to get payment information for the day so that I can pay) They kept my car for 4 days and forced me to pay storage when I was ready and willing To pay the day of.
