This is the slowest most non reactive property management company I've ever dealt think twice before getting into a neighborhood managed by Davenport.
I'm very disappointed that I don't have the option of giving a ZERO STAR REVIEW!!!! I painted my home back in 2016. A previous HOA gave us approval to paint the exterior of our home. I still have copies of the approval letter, painters license/liability insurance. MAKE SURE YOU SAVE ALL PAPERWORK!!! Davenport came in year 2018. DECEMBER 2021... more than 6 years later they decided to fine us 1000.00 right out the gate!!!!! I have been questioning the legality of the decision. TWO separate HOA's who have board members ... read more
