Davenport Pediatrics sickens me!!! My husband & I needed FMLA paperwork filled out for our daughter. I called to ask for their fax & to verify if they had a fee. I was advised $40, which I thought was ridiculously high but I was somewhat appeased after they reassured me it would cover all of our documents. Only to find out later it would be $40 for each of us a total of $80, which should be CRIMINAL!!!
