The inspector didn’t even get on the roof. He looked up and said he’d pass it. Although I express concerns with the contractor.

Nobody on call for emergency inspections after a appliance fire. No utilities and smoke and water damage is compounding
I do business with the city of Davenport building department all the time and I always find them to be professional and very helpful. John and Ryan who work at the desk always go out of their way to help me with anything require help with.
Terrible experience! Called and talked to a John about some one coming out to inspect my gas meter and he said "we don't keep records on what houses we have inspected, so let me call my inspection guy and I'll call you back in 15-30min." He never called me back and I called 4 times after to leave voicemails and no one ever called me back. Even left a voicemail for the manager to call me back and still nothing was done.
