The City of Davenport is a joke. They are obviously quick to take your money for any permit work,but then won't take the effort to actually look at completed work aside from driving by. Of course they are more than willing to raise property value/taxes when said permit is closed. Brett, you are a joke and a mistake.
The inspector didn’t even get on the roof. He looked up and said he’d pass it. Although I express concerns with the contractor.

Nobody on call for emergency inspections after a appliance fire. No utilities and smoke and water damage is compounding
