Took my wedding set in for a small stone replacement and repair to the filigree setting during the COVID-19 reopening timeframe and they did a PHENOMENAL job! Time frame was a little longer than expected due to the virus restrictions but what a fabulous job they did! It wasn’t an easy repair and it looks brand new. HIGHLY recommend them!! My father is an Army Veteran and brought a bracelet back with him from his time oversees during the Vietnam war. Several years ago it was given to me by another family member. A piece of the original tile of the bracelet was missing. I brought the bracelet in to see if they could do a repair that would minimize the look of the missing tile.
