I love my sales guy Jay Yoder! but the service department is a whole other story. I took my car in for some maintenance before my warranty was up and they screwed up my car. they scratched it, left coffee cup or pop can find on my trunk lid. they also gouged my bumper pretty bad. they couldn't even do the paint over my sensor correctly. it took them over the weeks to fix the issue of a bad sensor. I came back a second time to get my car saying it was all correct but, there's still gouges in my bumper, they tried to cover it ... read more

Service is professional, friendly and on time
This was my first time buying a vehicle, and a brand new one at that. My previous vehicle had dropped its transmission. I researched the inventory online and called Darrell Bishop. Within an hour, my inquiry was answered, and 48 hours later I had EXACTLY the truck I was looking for. I cannot overstate the quickness and simplicity of my experience. Best dealer in the area.
