RecommendedJust took our 2019 Chevy Impala for it's first complimentary oil change/tire rotation. I waited in the nice waiting room and before I knew it (1hr 15min later) my car was done and washed. There was a "blemish" on the chrome of the gear shifter when we purchased said car and Justin said they would replace it (warranty) but had to order the part. Jacob Rhodes is a great salesman, extremely helpful and someone we trust. He helped us two years ago purchase a new 2018 Traverse and we told him we would be back when we were ready to buy a Silverado. We started talking to Jacob last week over the phone letting his know what we were looking for. This week we met with Jacob again and we bought a 2020 Chevy Silverado. We are also grateful to Dave White and the wonderful service we receive when servicing our 2018 Traverse.
