Dr Webster is fine enough as a doctor.However, it is almost impossible to get anyone to talk to by phone.There is NO direct line to their office.I have a question about billing.Billing has not been able to answer my question.Every time I have called to talk with Dr Webster's office I need to go through Wellstone's answering service and they will not transfer the call. Always accommodates me fir medical heeds even as oart of a ore-op process. Ge is a tram player. Have been seeing him since aroubd 2009. Will not change . Staff weird. Just ignore them.
Dr. Webster listened to all my concerns and offered options to resolve them which I found to be very helpful.
In on time friendly and concerned about my questions. Clear, concise and correct answers. Took time to review all of my medications and voiced concern where it was needed. And I was out the door without delay. Always a positive and caring person. I would not keep going back for the last 20 plus years if he was not. Thank you Doctor Webster.
Dr. Webster is the most caring and friendly doctor I have ever come in contact with. He has such a great personality too! His staff is also very nice. Thank you for being there for me.
Great professional service
Dr. Webster has been my Primary Care Physican for 28 years. If I had to do it all over again, I wouldn't change anything. If you weight 350 lbs and want a doctor who is going to tell you that your not fat - don't waste his time. I'm alive today because of Dr. Webster. He has been instrumental in identifying medical issues that I've had and getting me to the right specialist to further evaluate these problems. Dr. Webster has been our doctor for many years and he has always done his best to get us in as quickly as possible.
Appointment was scheduled for a follow up. Appointment was confirmed via email a few days before the scheduled appointment. Arrived at the office to find it closed with no explanation. Office hours on Friday are 0700 tp 1600. My appointment was for 0845. Attempted to call and only got recordings. Shopping for a new physician.
