RecommendedWorked with salesman Steven Chambers to buy my car. He was friendly, fast and efficient and I never at any time felt pressured in any way. I drove 2 1/2 hours from Rochester NY to get to this dealership and it was worth the drive. There was also follow up in the days after the sale to make sure everything was OK and if I had additional questions. I recommend Steve and this dealership if your looking for a vehicle.
First time from a dealer I had an excellent 5 star experience As soon as I arrived to the dealer, Kryshtian approach to me quickly. He introduced himself friendly. This was one of my first experiences with a dealership and I can say I was pleasantly surprised. Andrew answered all my questions and more. He explained everything and was very helpful. He wasn’t judgmental at my lack of knowledge in car buying at all. Not only that but the atmosphere at Dave Warren is very relaxed and friendly. They even have a very professional and friendly greeter named Dexter. 🐶 Overall it was a very good experience and I love my Jeep. 😁

Let me start off by saying I’m in Southwest Florida. Long story short, I’m a part of the Ram Rebel Nation on FB and you can add a feature from the dealership in regards to programming a new key fob that will allow your tailgate to drop. My dealership said no up and down and didn’t know how to do it. Keep in mind this dealership has no reason to take time out of their day to assist a person who isn’t even a paying customer.
