There service department always has me in and out! I would recommend them to everyone around town!
I wish I would have known a few months after I got my jeep that payments would have been $80 cheaper a month.
We had issues from the start with this appointment for our car when their service dept procedures broke down. HOWEVER, when we brought it to their attention management really took an interest in making it right with us so I'm updating my review. They went above and beyond to correct the problems. They want their customer to be satisfied, and I believe they will try to prevent this from happening again. Very professional attitude in dealing with our complaint. We will give them another shot in the future.
Another great experience from Andy and the Service Department. Stopped this morning without an appointment and they were able to get my car in and fix the problem with no charge. Thanks for the great customer service!!
Sean Madigan and Dave Warren helped get us in the PERFECT vehicle for our family! The process was easy, even when purchasing out of state. THANK YOU!
Thank you Kyle for such a great sales experience, from the test drive all the way through to delivery you were very helpful and a pleasure to work with. Everyone that I had contact with through the sales process was amazing. I'm looking forward to continuing to work with Dave Warren Auto Group as I enter the service side of things. LOVE my new 2015 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk!!
