Dave is so reliable and does outstanding work. He takes the time to make sure things are done the right way ! I have used him on several occasions and will continue to use him for work around my home.
The characteristic I appreciated most about Dave is that he is very meticulous about details. He measured before he hung a mirror. He carefully sanded. He prepared the area before he painted. He was ver neat, clean, precise. He also came when he said he would, he had all of the tools he needed to do the job. Very, very happy with everything he did and would definitely call him again.
Dave has been so helpful to keep things working properly at my condo. I live out of state and whenever I need maintenance done he has taken care of it. I trust him to take care of things when I’m out of town and his knowledge base covers a huge variety of home related issues. He’s a great find and I wholeheartedly recommend him.
He said he would come between 1 and 3 or maybe earlier. I texted him a little after 2 asking if he was still going to make it. He called 20 minutes later to sat he couldn't come today. I wasted 2 hours waiting for him. He should have told me much earlier he couldn't make it, or he should have come when he said he was going to come. I will never ask him to work again - he is unreliable.
Dave is genuine, honest, and has quite the skills. We had him mount 3 TVs and hang 2 big mirrors and a large painting. One of the TVs was 75" and heavy. He showed up on time, was very respectful, friendly, and patient. He is highly skilled and detail-oriented. He made sure our TVs and mirrors/art were secure, perfectly level, and positioned to our satisfaction.
