Unfortunately the washer they came to fix could not be repaired. I bought it from Steve Snider in Sparks, NV..and he decided not to honor his sales or service. Dave Taylor arrived within the window they promised. The charge was fair and the technician did everything in his power to try to fix the washing machine.

We had our dryer go out a few months back when we called they were able to come out within a 2 days our repair guy DJ was respectful and knew what he was doing he explained everything to us and had my dryer working just a few days ago our washer took a dump guess who we called yup you guest right! Again they were prompt and worked with our insane schedule they called before showing up and again same repair guy DJ knew what he was doing! I’m sad my washer couldn’t be fixed but he gave good suggestions on new ones what brands ... read more
