Over the past two months I have had problems with my refrigerator/ freezer and washer and dryer. Based on a friend's recommendation, I contacted Dave Taylor. In each situation, my 15 year old appliances were restored to good working status. I was extremely impressed with the ability of Dave's son to isolate and correct the problem in an expeditious manner. It is great to know that we have a local appliance repair service that is honest and competent.
DJ, came to my house to do an estimate. Come to find out the 2015 washing machine doesn't make parts. When Dave's son, 5 months ago said it was an easy fix. Their office is a hit or miss when it comes to hours of operation. They indicated a part for a fridge to be $270, when the labor, part and shipping is not that price. The item about $50 and it take two seconds to screw it in. They are ripping off the customers who they believe is an easy prey.
Jeremy did an excellent job not only repairing my A/C but navigating things with our home warranty. We’ve had Dave Taylor help us in the past. Always professional, courteous, and reliable. Thanks!

Unfortunately the washer they came to fix could not be repaired. I bought it from Steve Snider in Sparks, NV..and he decided not to honor his sales or service. Dave Taylor arrived within the window they promised. The charge was fair and the technician did everything in his power to try to fix the washing machine.
