Do you enjoy making appointments for your vehicle and then not have the shop follow through? Do like being told the computer reflash takes 10 minutes and 3 hours later they haven't pulled your car in? Or make an oil change appointment drop the keys off check in then the next day when you pick it up you realize they never serviced it? Then this is the shop to go to! If its incompetence you seek look no farther. Not once not twice but 4 times sames scenario same crap.
