Talking with Crystal was the lone bright spot on my most recent trip here. I had a broken part that was covered under warranty and the service manager fought with me to attempt to not get it warrantied. That was frustrating all in itself, the next frustrating thing was the lack of communication. I had no idea what was happening or going on with my vehicle unless I reached out and called. They also couldn’t provide with an ETA on when I should expect it to be done.
On Thursday, my family and I were on our way home from a 1,300 mile camping trip with my 21' F350. About 30 minutes before we were stopping for the day, I got a DEF warming saying it was going to lock me in to 50 MPH max speed in 50 miles. We called around to local dealerships and one said the earliest they could see us was Monday and another was 19 days later. By the time we got the campground, it was after 5pm and no one was open. Its been 5 months since buying my truck and everyone I have encountered has been very helpful and courteous. From sales, to finance, to service...everyone has been great. Just dealt with Brandon from the service team this week and he and the crew were great again. Also, Hayley and George have continued to be very helpful throughout my experience.
