Drew was our sales guy. He was great but have had nothing but issues with my car since February.
I love my Chevy Sonic! I went by another lot before stopping by Dave Sinclair, but the customer service I received from Nicki Horr went a lot smoother. I didn't get the "salesman" experience from Nicki, she made it personable and made me feel comfortable. I will be referring all of my friends/family to Nicki at Dave Sinclair!!!!
Extremely poor poor salemen. It is a shame that after purchasing one vehicle a little over a year ago trying to purchase a second one from this dealership they do not want to make a sale. Two times we were told by the same salemen that two different vehicles we had picked out were being held for our four hour drive there but within hours of confirmation, salesmen called to say "Oh, sorry but something happened and both vehicles have been sold". Dave Sinclair Jr. How I wish you still had the other GMC dealership. Tom and I bought a car in November and the sales men lied to us so badly. I tried to get them to get out of the car with in 30 days after taking it up there several times. I was told my sales men left and told no one our complaints. They offered to put me into another car, but I would have to put another $2,000. down and they would only give me $9,000 for the car that I paid $13,xxx. less than thirty day...Continue Reading
Actually told me they couldn't give me the sale price and the actual trade in value of my truck. He told me "wholesale to wholesale" or "retail to retail". Truck discounted 9k and trade in value cut by 9k.. Salesman was knowledgeable but I'm not happy that I drove 40 mins for their so called "sale".
Just bought a 2014 Gmc Acadia from Dave Sinclair Gmc! We drove 3 hours to get a great deal & it was definetly worth it! Jeff Christ was an excellent salesman & we got an awesome deal! Being 'older' this was far from my first car purchase, however it was DEFINITELY the most enjoyable time I have ever had buying a car! There were no games, only direct communication. They couldn't have been more friendly and helpful, or more attentive to the details that make the transaction go smoothly and give confidence to the buyer. It is obviously an extremely well run business from top to bottom.
