Dave was a great partner who took the time to understand what my organization was looking for, provided great market research and a short list of options and gave quality and timely guidance throughout the negotiation process. Ultimately, we closed a deal on a commercial property that fit within our investment guidelines.
Dave was really great to work with! He helped our business lease a new office space in Bellingham, and we are really happy with our new space. Dave was a great communicator, and very knowledgable about the entire process. I'd highly recommend working with Dave!
Dave was wonderful to work with. He found us the perfect home and helped us every step of the way. He was very honest and down to earth which is so nice when your making such a huge decision. Now that we have closed, he still checks in periodically to make sure everything is going well and has even helped with questions after the sale. I definitely reccomend working with Dave Rehm, this was my second time and would go back to him again in the future.
Dave was amazing to work with. He lined up several amazing properties for us to view. He did his homework on the locations and areas. He was very good at letting us know what to expect with each property. He found us the building we needed and on budget. We asked a lot of questions and he was very patient with us and got us all the information we needed. I have recommended Dave to a few friends and will definitely be working with Dave on my next project. He is a down to earth guy that is 100% customer service focused.
