I called about my rate increase. The agent was very helpful, explained my policy, all of the coverage for my multiple policies, and made helpful suggestions. She was personable, informative, and professional. In the 17 years I’ve had this same agent and office the office personnel is always exceptional. I’m very content with their service.
Called to get a truck added to my insurance but I also had some questions on my current rates because they had gone up a decent amount. April took my call and was very helpful. She answered all my questions and was able to help me save some money in the process. Every request I had she was able to give me info and or feedback and took care of all of my insurance needs. She was very kind and professional. Great customer service is what has kept me there for over 16 years. Thank you Dave for always having a good strong team.
