State Farm does it again! Alas, I got rear ended and submitted a claim for auto repair. I have been a State Farm customer for two decades (auto and homeowners insurance), and in each occasion they always provide excellent service that makes going through an unpleasant experience, like getting rear ended, so easy to get through. April at Dave Nugent’s office is so amazing and supportive. I am soooooo glad that I’ve stuck with State Farm for all these years. The peace of mind is second to none.
April was a huge help a few days ago. I went in to sign up and she explained it very well and easy for me to understand. Highly recommend her.
