Sent an email to the Service Dept. about my Aquatrax recall. Got a very quick response/voice mail from Paul in the dept. saying they would call back to schedule...And That They Did. Got it in and Service completed in just a couple of days. My service contact was Nick Fowler and I'm Totally impressed with his attitude and willingness to explain and help.
