My bike went down almost a year after purchase. It was a fluke problem but after some work and looking into Joe and Tim took very good care of me and even giving there cell number and texting me updates. What could've been a couple of months they got it fixed in one. Thanks guys. Also. Give Nick a raise, he is a rockstar.
Great people, great service! My boyfriend recently sold his Honda Shadow, but we purchased it from Mungenast, it was a great bike! Everyone was so kind and helpful in the process and they're always willing to go above and beyond. Even though we no longer have the Honda, I still visit their parts department for any riding gear I need. Their new Indian showroom is beautiful too, you have to see it!

Nice & friendly staff. More Indian motorcycle product knowledgeable than other places I've visited. 2 vintage Indian bikes on display, a great touch.
