Dr Kim is wonderful, been with him for many years. Unfortunately the office and support system has gotten so bad that you can't get appointments scheduled with the doctor, only with Nurse Practitioners that are not well trained. After a recent Heart operation I was told I could only see the NP and not the DR for a follow up. That NP had incorrect information about my blood pressure and rather than verify it or testing, chose to argue with me about it.
