Dave worked with us for months as we prepped our house for market. When we finally signed the paperwork so he could list it for sale, we had a dozen offers within two days. Dave walked us through each offer and helped us understand what we were looking at. Best of all, our house sold for more than we thought it would!

Dave did a great job of getting us through the process of buying our next house on the contingency of the sale of our current house. He worked hard to earn our trust and I can definitely call him a man of his word. I would recommend him to anyone. He got us a full price offer on our home with one open house. He's very patient and knows what he is doing.

We were trying to find a listing agent for a 4 unit rental property. We had several realtors give us market analysis and thought Dave Kiel did the best job at valuing the property at the proper price point for us. Dave is very professional and great to work with. His knowledge and experience regarding market values, real estate law / regulations, etc. was a great asset when selling our property and purchasing our new home. He was extremely reliable and responsive even considering we were negotiating during the birth of his child. Dave worked through all the issues and helped us close the deals. I would definitely hire him again and have recommended him to friends and family members.

I had a buyer lined up for my house before I even listed it, and Dave was kind enough to give me a free home eval and help me determine the best selling price for my house. Dave went ABOVE and beyond the call of duty. I live out of state. He checked on the property when someone reported a disturbance in or around my vacant rental house. He met with a lawyer to retrieve a needed document that insured the title of the home on the day of closing.
