After dealing with agents that kept telling us we had no chance against others being that we were not high income people and didn’t have as much money to offer as others; Dave gave us the reassurance that we needed. Dave Jensen is an amazing realtor. He was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and personable. Anytime he called, it felt like we were talking with a friend. Dave went above and beyond in helping us sell our house by negotiating an above-ask price, facilitating a rental agreement during an interim sale, and even tending to our house for a final walk through issue.
