The owner is dishonest!! Beware!!
I hired Dave to change my 100 amp electrical panel to a 200amp in my house upstairs and install my original 100 amp panel downstairs in my basement. He changed my upstairs panel from a 100amp to 200amp. I had verbally told him to change the upstairs panel to a 200amp and install new breakers in it. I told him to take my existing panel which was 100 amps along side the breakers and install it downstairs in the basement instead.
