I woke up in the middle of the night to an extremely warm house, something was wrong with our AC unit. As a first time mom with a newborn baby in the house I was worried, to say the least. I called Dave *********Heating & Cooling first thing in the morning and the owner of the company was on his way over within 15 minutes! John was very thoughtful and professional with using shoe protectors and wearing a mask. He fixed the issue within 20 minutes. All in all a great experience. 10/10 would recommend!

Built a home recently and this company sold us on their very expensive geothermal venture with Waterfurnace. Received a letter recently that they are now dumping Waterfurnace; not even a phone call but just an impersonal letter. So now we're left in the dust to find another service company. Closest one is 100 miles away. Just great. Buyer beware of a company that jumps in and out of ventures and leaves customers hanging that have spent great amounts of money with them.

Partnering with WaterFurnace and installing geothermal systems since 2008, we did make a decision as a company to discontinue installing and servicing geothermal systems. We don’t take these decisions lightly and proactively communicated our intentions to WaterFurnace management prior to this change to ensure owners of these systems could be adequately supported by local, factory trained professionals. I love these people! Super friendly and FAST service! Had a furnace issue on the coldest day of the year and they were here lightning fast. HIGHLY recommend this group.
They are the nicest, experienced, most wonderful people ever. Through the Heat Up Wisconsin program, about half of the company, including the office staff showed up to install a furnace in my father's house today. They put in an entire furnace, ductwork and all. They brought breakfast, cleaned the yard, washed windows and fixed a light! All before noon! And it did not cost my father a penny! We are amazed and blessed to have met such wonderful people!
