I went to Dave and Busters for the 1st time yesterday and it wasnt a good experience.. food wise...service was friendly...but food was terribly cold...it took 2 hours to recieve the food..when all else felled we spoken with the manager shenwas very sweet...but the second round was frozen cold...smh worse experience ever...beautiful scenery just terrible food...
I wish there was a zero choice because 1 star doesn't even begin to express how bad our visit there was. It was obvious that they DO NOT have enough staff to accommodate the crowd that they get because of their location. What staff they have are either overwhelmed or not trained. To be honest going to Chuck E. Cheese would be better than this place. Dave and Busters hope you read your reviews and get a clue!!!
The food was good just wish they had a birthday discount.

A good manager does not send an inexperienced person to wait on a large family with small children. The children noticed other tables that came in after us, got their food, finished and was gone before we even got our drinks. 3 small children didn't get their food until almost 10 o'clock. Not her fault, but she could not speak or comprehend English well enough to take an order.
The food and service were excellent! There was a small problem with the game cards for our kids, but overall an excellent experience.
