Checked in and was told wait was 15 or less, then at 30 minutes hostess says they are trying to catch up in the kitchen and once the 20 top is served then we would be seated , then 45 minutes later while watching tons of hot food coming out of the kitchen , we were told the kitchen can only do cold food or desserts due to the power outage that happened more than four hours ago!!! the restaurant served us the hot drinks, and we ordered cold, then they brought us 6 and we were only 3 people, we lost half, crazy
Went there yesterday with my son because he's been wanting to go for months. I will say the food was surprisingly good, teriyaki steak with loaded mashed potatoes and onions strings along with his burger and fries. After spending $70 for food and game cards we played all of three games and power went out. Asked a dozen times wat was going on and got no answer. I've been to Dave and busters in Orlando Florida and that place really rocks!!!!! Its the heart of florida.

First my wife ordered dinner her chicken was burn she returned the plate and then the fiasco started the manager came and told us her dinner will be a few minutes that was not the she waited 30 minutes and no plate then if you complaint to the manager she will totally ignore you she have no kind of respect no class that woman should not be working there she things that I do not know her name she is dreaming I will not post her name yet because I will be going back and if will happen again I will be recording the fiasco so th... read more
Very pricey, poor service kids enjoyed it tho. Server only came round once and no refills.
