Food and Service was one of the worst experiences in awhile. Took 1 1/2 hours to get our dinner once we sat down at the table. Wrong orders from the kitchen, out of salmon, one of the worst margaritas ever, some food came out cold, two kids meal took 15 minutes to come out after everyone else’s food. No one was impressed with their food. Games were fun - next time I’ll just got for the games, if I go back.
I like it but needs but food had good taste but cold very and took long, I was not going to wait . Other that great place to be in .
I would definitely recommend having a private room. We rented one along with wonderful catered food for my daughters graduation. The food was very good, service excellent and everyone had a great time. We could have never had this experience in the main dining area and are so happy we spent the money for the attention to detail . The manager even followed up to make sure we didn’t need anything. Great memory!
I booked a pavillion at kissimmee park which was nonrefundable three days prior we found out there would be 100% chance of thunderstorm and showers with wind.....I was going crazy looking for a venue and my husband took charge and booked a room at dave and busters.....They completely blew my expectations the customer service was impeccable and the event manager was super accommodating.It was really affordable to my surpise all my guest had an amazing time and most importantly it was a memorable first birthday for my princess... read more
