Have an older home and we are going with mini split units. Dave's salesman and consultant came in and were well prepared with all the information. They were thorough from beginning to end. They also came back to go over the quotes with us. Credit goes to front office operations, very nice and helpful.

They tried to lie to me whenever I was getting a loan financed to get a new unit thru them. I was not warned that the percentages changed after getting my credit check, and they tried to rush me thru the paperwork. Which is highly illegal. They refused to return my balance from their bi yearly AC care program. The company is shady and will try to put one over on you, use someone else for your AC needs.
Yesterday l met Daine Kern of DAVE BROUSSARD A/C & HEATING. What a great guy! Daine got to work right away and he had things under control in short time. I am impressed.
