Dave was so great to work with. He knew exactly what we are looking for and was extremely honest with us through the whole process. We were able to find our perfect house in less than 3 months for a price we could not beat. Dave works hard to meet our needs, showing us houses last minute, and working with listing agents to get our showings in ASAP. David very patiently worked with us in what turned out to be a three year search for our next home. His approach was friendly and low key which suited us fine.
