Dave was great at guiding us first-time buyers through the process of purchasing a home. Although originally looking for a single family home, we shifted our focus to multi- family units and Dave continued to provide us with his expertise and personal insight. Dave had extensive knowledge of our preferred location on the west side of Cleveland. When it’s time to sell/buy again we will certainly give Dave a call!

Dave helped us purchase our first two homes, and we couldn’t have been more pleased with the experience.
