Dave was so great to work with. He knew exactly what we are looking for and was extremely honest with us through the whole process. We were able to find our perfect house in less than 3 months for a price we could not beat. Dave works hard to meet our needs, showing us houses last minute, and working with listing agents to get our showings in ASAP. Dave was great at guiding us first-time buyers through the process of purchasing a home. Although originally looking for a single family home, we shifted our focus to multi- family units and Dave continued to provide us with his expertise and personal insight. Dave had extensive knowledge of our preferred location on the west side of Cleveland. When it’s time to sell/buy again we will certainly give Dave a call!
