I should start by saying that I have been a customer of this State Farm office since 1987. I have had a variety of insurance needs and policies in that time. Today I needed to insure a “new to me” used car. I had started the process of adding the car online over the weekend and today received a couple of calls from Kelly. I’ve been a customer of Dave Stewart - State Farm since the 1980’s. From Day 1 they’ve provided great service, are very helpful and super friendly. So, I started with auto insurance but later added Renter’s Insurance. When I phoned today to inquire about an email from State Farm I received that puzzled me, Shawna Pence (Agent Team Member) took the time to clarify everything for me in a professional yet friendly manner.
Jake and his team are always incredibly helpful and timely in their response to any communications. Additionally, Jake and his team are very kind and always go the extra mile to make you feel valued as a customer!
