RecommendedArrived at work to find that the water heater in the basement was leaking water and the basement was flooded. I called Davco and they assessed the situation and took care of it immediately. They gave great service and very quick. It was all done the same day. They are a great company. I would recommend them to everyone.
Put a new hot water tank in my house and an entirely new boiler system from the ground, up, with no major home modifications needed (my house was built in 1920) Eveything works and looks great.
Dave has been out to our home 3 times over the past year, purchasing a foreclosure always comes with surprises! He has quickly found and fixed the problems each time. All three issues were completely unrelated. We will continue to use Davco for any heating/cooling problems.
Davco came out for a furnace repair (end of March). Upon entering the door and just looking at the furnace, his words were "there's a crack in the heat exchange". Then stated he had to shut down the furnace (by law) due to the possibility of carbon monoxide poisoning. Quoted $2800 for replacement, for a mobile home and charged $85 for the service call. We would be more then happy to come out and show you the crack with a camera. We have on many occasions found cracks where many companies have missed them as we tend to be more thorough than most. We are also not a company based on scare tactics, it’s just pain bad business.
Had a new furnace installed by Davco and was super impressed by Dave's willingness to go above and beyond to make sure our install was done right. Will use them in the future for all of our HVAC needs!
Called Davco Saturday night around 7pm for AC repair. They were out within an hour. Repaired the AC in about 2hrs. Would use Davco in the future. Great service, reasonable price.
