Pete, the owner, is nasty and don't care about the employees. Only his bottom line matters to him. Projects are not steady for any length of time. There are so many other document review companies out here that pay so much better and that actually respect their employees. Do yourself a favor and quickly forget Dauntless Discovery. Go somewhere that treats you like a person and not a dollar sign.

Embarrassing hourly rate offered, especially in this age of hyperinflation. You could make more money with no education/degree by driving an Uber/Lyft than what they're offering licensed attorneys. Should be ashamed of themselves.
