After 12 emails and waiting 63 days after my purchase, I recieved a text stating that "my item is out for shipment and will follow up with a tracking number later". Very very disappointed. The single worst purchasing experience I've ever had with a 'conscious' brand, or any brand for that matter. **************** doesn't exist with this brand. I received my order with the wrong item in it, to which I promptly addressed by emailing them. Once, twice, no reply. Messaged through their website, no reply. Received an auto-email asking for a review, to which I clicked a button that said I didn't receive the item. No response. I emailed two more times. No response. They allow you to cancel your order. However, will not return your money. And they do take your money before the clothes is even out for shipping. If you get the wrong order or run out of stock, you might as well take what they give you or you will lose your money.
I'm so disheartened by this company. With everything they stand for and post about, I was so shocked by my own experience. I purchased 3 jumpsuits. Thankfully, I received 3 in total (I know many people don't receive their orders at all), but they were not the designs I ordered. I once wrote this company a lovely review. I really believed that she lived by the ethical codes of honesty and kindness. It is with sadness and disgust that I warn anyone about buying from this company. BEWARE. She will not respond after the sale is cinced. She does not respond to cancellation requests. She does not refund even if the order was refused after cancelling. You will be in for a battle as her policy is according to her low ethical codes.
ZERO STARS. You should totally buy clothes here if you want them to have holes in them, and especially if you want to receive NO customer service afterwards. Now their company has a no return policy. I wonder why? So they can continue to sell their defective items? Exactly. I am now the proud owner of a $100 jumpsuit with a hole in it. So awesome.
this company sent me the wrong dress (wrong pattern, cut, style, nothing was at all close to what i ordered) and then never responded to any of my emails asking how i could send the dress back and get the right one. for clothing of this price from a website that only shows five-star reviews...this lack of service is not acceptable. i would not recommend this brand.
Sent wrong item. Charged my card. Took forever to respond to my email. Told my that I could send the item back as" recipient unknown", they would not pay for the return. This, with no guarentee of a refund. Unethical Star rating is NO stars
